Franz Von Stuck

A german sculptor, painter, printmaker and an architect, this is what Franz-Von-Stuck known as. His paintings were based on ancient mythology and one of those critically acclaimed was The Sin in 1892. Some creations were Battle for a Woman, Wind and Wave, Sounds of Spring, Lucifer etc. This famous artist had also been awarded the Order of Merit. The style of his creations was Symbolist which characterises close and fictional recognition in describing 3 dimensional forms. Such paintings and artwork are truly loved by today’s generation.
